I'M GLAD YOU'RE HERE

MY STORY

I knew from a young age that there is much more to life than what they were telling me in Sunday School. As a baptist preacher's kid in the bible belt, it was challenging to be a curious free thinker. Eventually, I submitted to the rigid dogma out of survival to fit in but as soon as I left home for college I committed to finding the truth. 

Sadly, I was not equipped for the exploration after growing up sheltered from the realities of life in a controlling and toxic home. I had no way to prepare myself for the dangerous man lurking, waiting to take advantage of my naive curiosity and in less than 6 months, I was under his total control, brainwashed in his cult. 

Years later, I would escape through a most devastating experience and ultimately embark on a far more expansive hero's journey to liberation-- reclaiming my mind and empowerment while breaking the generational cycles I'd been born into. I have created this learning space for those who know there is more to life and who want to safely explore and find answers to long held questions as we capture transformation in the corners of life where trouble has found us.

May you awaken the liberated creator in you as I have through devotion to the truth of all that we are.

WHY DO I TEACH?

My artistic ability is what helped me to dig deep and discover who I am inside. I can’t imagine where I would be without this medium.

As I looked at the people in my life struggling to find themselves, I realized that my creativity could inspire others to look inside and discover what makes them truly happy too.

Everyone has an artist inside. Some of us just need a little more help bringing that inner artist to life. To me, watching others create something they never thought possible is the best feeling in the world.

I believe my paintings not only make the world a better place, but they also shape the people who experience them in beautiful ways. I love that I am able to take it a step further and help other artists find satisfaction in creating their own masterpieces.
