Follow Your Bliss Coaching Terms, Agreements and Conditions

This program includes weekly sessions. Number of sessions and session length very by program. Review your program checkout page for exact session count and length. The program begins on the date of our first session. Sessions expire 1 year after start date.  

Coach Accountability:

• Rakale Hannah is committed to providing high level coaching and consulting services to facilitate professional and personal growth, development and advancement.
• Rakale Hannah is Certified as an Integrative Coach by The Ford Institute For Transformational Training and has subsequent training with CoachU and The Co-active Training Institute.
• Rakale Hannah agrees to treat all information shared during sessions as private and confidential to the extent allowed by law. However, she may, from time to time, anonymously share information from sessions for training and development purposes.

Client Accountability:

I agree to:

• Arrive at each session on time; be present with zero distractions.
• Take full responsibility for the decisions and actions I take in regards to my life and affairs and for my own well-being during this coaching process.
• In no way hold Rakale Hannah liable or responsible for any actions I take during or after this coaching relationship.
• To not take any legal action against Rakale Hannah, based on any matter relating to the coaching relationship or her performance of services within it.
• Seek other professional services from appropriate qualified individuals, if needed.

I understand that:

• The services provided by Rakale Hannah are not psychotherapy, counseling or advice-giving. I agree to seek these or other professional services from appropriate qualified individuals, if needed.
• I am fully responsible for the decisions and actions I take in regards to my life and affairs.
• Rakale Hannah makes or extends no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, about any results that I will achieve through this process.
• Any testimonials I provide may be used by Rakale Hannah to promote products and services.
• Rakale Hannah will devote her time, thoughts, and energy to me exclusively during sessions. In between sessions, apart from the structured email exchange, she may not be as readily available.

Terms of Payment...

• Payment must be made to secure coaching services.         
• Because sessions are discounted when purchased in multiples, all payments for services are final.
• Any emergency circumstance cancel and refund request is subject to a 20% of total program admin fee + charge of any used sessions and must be submitted within 30 days of program start. 
• By submitting payment, I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to review the terms, agreements and conditions and that I understand all aspects and agree to abide by them.
